Dunkin donuts later followed suit and launched an app that could help users order meals online.  Dunkin donuts are more focused on customer loyalty in the communities (Butler et al., 2018). They, therefore, have programs to support sports programs locally and abroad, which makes people want to come more to the shops. I believe sponsoring sports programs is the most effective strategy, and it is going to last for a long time compared to other strategies since it focuses on the people and the future of the people.
