Introduction
Write a short paragraph (5 complete sentences that discuss your three instructional objectives based on your NEEDS ANALYSIS, potential Assessment (diagnostic, formative, summative, Ipsative, non-referenced, criterion-referenced) that you can use to assess the students after giving the intervention based on the needs analysis, and possible evaluation method (research papers, research posters, portfolios, oral exams, presentations).
Remember, you had this in Week 4. You need to add details, so the introduction can reflect Week 4 and Week 6.
Remember,
You did these in
Week 4
Learner Characteristics
Outlining the Data
Learning Theory
This is what you need to do for Week 6
Three Instructional Objectives
In this section, clearly identify three objectives and explain why the potential learners need to learn these particular objectives. Remember, an objective begins with “The students or learners will…..” An objective is clearly stated statement that describes what the students must learn at the end of the lesson. An objective is measured against a particular assessment such as a an exit ticket or a short quiz. Thus, for this section, you can include three different paragraphs (one for each objective) and explain the activities that students can do based on the objective and a particular assessment that students can take to determine mastery of the objectives.
Assessment Plan
Begin this section with a statement that state what is a possible assessment (diagnostic, formative, summative, Ipsative, non-referenced, criterion-referenced) you can use to evaluate the students. From this assessment statement, tell what evaluation method (research papers, research posters, portfolios, oral exams, presentations) that you can use. (For example, if your assessment is “diagnostic,” then you can use pre-test and post-test as evaluation methods). After this, you must create an example of a test or assessment based on Bloom’s taxonomy (going to low to high order thinking questions). {Remember, there is nothing for you to write or discuss about Bloom’s Taxonomy. Thus, do not include any research on this.}
Formative, Summative, and Confirmative Evaluations
In this section, discuss how your project can benefit from using all three evaluations. This is a section that you MUST CITE the sources. You can refer back to Chapter 11 (starting on page 268) that talks about the “Many Faces of Evaluation.”
An Example of a Confirmative Evaluation
For this section, simple come up with five questions that ask you can ask your students or trainees about this proposed program. For example, in the needs analysis, you identified that students (who are teachers and need help with teaching) need to learn more how to use videos to make learning more fun). Then come up with five questions about this learning intervention such as:
1) In what ways the videos relate to the learning outcomes?
2) Do the videos meet the learning objectives?
3) How can the videos help students to master learning objectives over time?
4) Why do you think these videos are useful in helping you learn instead of other
methods?
5) When can you stop using the videos?

Also, watch the recorded lecture on History Assignment Help Understanding family structure and style is essential to patient and family care. Conducting a family interview and needs assessment gathers information to identify strengths, as well as potential barriers to health. This information ultimately helps develop family-centered strategies for support and guidance.
This family health assessment is a two-part assignment. The information you gather in this initial assignment will be utilized for the second assignment in Topic 3.
Develop an interview questionnaire to be used in a family-focused functional assessment. The questionnaire must include three open-ended, family-focused questions to assess functional health patterns for each of the following:
Values/Health Perception
Nutrition
Sleep/Rest
Elimination
Activity/Exercise
Cognitive
Sensory-Perception
Self-Perception
Role Relationship
Sexuality
Coping
Select a family, other than your own, and seek permission from the family to conduct an interview. Utilize the interview questions complied in your interview questionnaire to conduct a family-focused functional assessment. Document the responses as you conduct the interview.
Upon completion of the interview, write a 800-word paper. Analyze your assessment findings. Submit your questionnaire as an appendix with your assignment.
Include the following in your paper:
Describe the family structure. Include individuals and any relevant attributes defining the family composition, race/ethnicity, social class, spirituality, and environment.
Summarize the overall health behaviors of the family. Describe the current health of the family.
Based on your findings, describe at least two of the functional health pattern strengths noted in the findings. Discuss three areas in which health problems or barriers to health were identified.
Describe how family systems theory can be applied to solicit changes in family members that, in turn, initiate positive changes to the overall family functions over time.
Cite at least three peer-reviewed or scholarly sources to complete this assignment. Sources should be published within the last 5 years and appropriate for the assignment criteria.
Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.

In the Instructional Objectives, Assessment, and Evaluation assignment, you identified the instructional objectives, created your assessment, and outlined the appropriate evaluation approach for your project. For this week’s assignment, you will determine the proper instructional sequence based on your learners’ needs, develop instructional strategies that support the course content, and identify delivery strategies (the message) for your audience.
Instructions
Write a 3–5 page paper in which you:
Identify the content sequencing strategy, e.g., learning-related or task expertise, that correlates with the learning objectives and task analysis.
Develop three instructional strategies that are appropriate, based on the instructional sequencing strategy.
Outline the instructional message for the project.
Include the pre-instructional strategies.
Explain how you will signal the structure of the text through words and typography.
Determine how pictures and graphics will be used in the instructional materials.
Use three sources to support your writing. Choose sources that are credible, relevant, and appropriate. Cite each source listed on your source page at least one time within your assignment. For help with research, writing, and citation, access the library or review library guides.
