Difference Between Government Of India And USA History Assignment Help Writing Services

The USA, Indian and Russian governments have common characteristics such that all of them are secular, but the US and Russia are composed of Christians, while India is predominately Hindu. Additionally, the government cabinet composed of the ministers, the premier, and the deputies are appointed by the president in all three countries (Master, 2022). Moreover, in all three countries, the supreme court and judges are all appointed after the president’s recommendation. On the other hand, the difference between the government of India and the USA is that the US government contains a presidential system. In contrast, the Indian government is considered to be a parliamentary model. Additionally, in the US government, amendments are proposed as a combined agreement such that two-thirds of the members vote in both the senate and constitutional arrangement. In the Russian government, amendments are presented by the president of the house of the National Assembly.
On the hand, the cabinet is appointed by the president in Brazil, Mexico and Nigeria, making the governments similar in this case. Additionally, the president selects and recommends the supreme courts and the ministers of the Mexico and Brazil governments. Moreover, the bicameral National Congress of Brazil and Mexico is composed of the federal senate, each country consisting of different numbers of members from each state. However, the governments of the three countries are different, particularly Mexico and Brazil, such that Brazil has twenty-six states while Mexico has thirty-one states in total. Additionally, the constitution of Brazil was ratified on 5 October 1988 and amended latest 2012, whereas the constitution of Mexico was confirmed on 5 February 1917 and amended last in 2012 after undergoing several amendments (Master, 2022). Lastly, the political parties of the Brazilian government are composed of Brazilian Communists Party, and the citizen’s movement forms the Mexican government. In contrast, the Nigerian political party comprises the people’s Democratic party. Therefore, the governments of different countries might have several similarities and differences depending on the structure of governance.

Comparison essay on sexism and racism art history essay help: art history essay help

Racial is something that has been controversial over time and looks at how people look as opposed to the individual facial features that they have, skin melanin and structure of the bone. Therefore, racial formation attempts to analyze and differentiate people based on how they live instead of how they look. Omi and Winant’s racial formation theory seeks to dispel the anatomical determinants that look at race as more than social and cultural heritage(Omi & Winant,2014).In contrast, Mc, Kitirrick a black sense of place makes three main points: traditional geography is a unitary vantage point that works to discriminate against backs on their experiences, construction of maps, and experience. The approach treats blackness as something outside the geographical areas to enable the ghettoization of black space. Through a black lens, the scholars get to uncover the identity of an individual’s body and operate as a spatial indicator. The two ideas are similar because they look at sexism and racism as factors that create the geographical boundaries that alienate groups as opposed to the other the division. Division based on geography means that the determinants are transparent space, with critics of the assumption that the discourse results is that black people have become subordinated.
Mckitrick believed it was necessary to investigate the deep space as it might be crucial to informing studies on how the political, social, and economic ruptures impact marginalized lives (McKittrick,2011) . Therefore, it is necessary to understand the everyday struggles that black people and marginalized communities go through to0 properly understand how the social construction of the race world predicate the location of diversity and location.
The two approaches enable treaders to understand and rethink the geographies and further understand how they thrive on displacing and disorienting the black community. Therefore the attempts to try and erase the site of memory of blacks do not mean that they become inca[pable of producing space.

Essay on Computer Gaming, Business and Ethics. african history assignment help

Introduction
Publicity is good for the business to grow and build a brand and build the credibility of a business. However, the impact of advertising can also pose a harmful threat to a company and throw an organization into a business meltdown. Computing has primarily taken over the world of business with any technical move being able to assist the industry in gaining numbers which translate to money for the company. The world of computing and information technology has made it easy for people to interact and make money even as they have fun with a case such as video games. This paper presents the moral arguments for creating a computer game that depicts the war situation in Afghanistan to gain numbers and generate more revenue. It highlights the ethical ideas that stand for and against this move by providing relevant examples and mapping situations with an exact argument for and against creating a first-person shooter game based on the war in Afghanistan. Since most games are modeled using computing technologies, the relevance of business and ethics comes in to oversee the games’ operations and the messages they convey to their consumers. The consumers are impacted by the overall topic of this paper from all angles, from the game itself, the business of the game, and the ethics that revolve around the game and the company.
While every business is at liberty to operate within the standard regulations as per their jurisdiction, how a company operates and its moves to gain profits solely lie with its owners. However, these critical decisions can also determine the business’s success or failure if they seem to not adhere to some societal standards, morals, and beliefs. The issue of war affects the globe at large and not just the area where it happens because lives are lost, some persons displaced or maimed, and the overall economy is affected by war. These are some of the main reasons why creating a game that depicts a war situation in any country, let alone Afghanistan, which is widely known for constant wars and civil unrest, would raise eyebrows and thus gunner the business the numbers to make money. Still, at the same time, it will put their moral beliefs into question.

Body
First and foremost, some people would argue that the company supports war and is insensitive to the whole issue of violence when lives are lost, and several people are displaced in the event of war. It can be viewed as supportive of war, violence, and unrest. This is because it is considered immoral and unethical when something as serious as war and civil unrest is joked about casually, and creating a game about it is even worse. It might be deemed unacceptable by a large number of communities. Crafting a whole game about an unfortunate situation portrays them as an unbothered lot that enjoys the war situation even with all the disadvantages that it comes with. A Kantian evaluation of the morality of the move made by the company to produce and sell a game that portrays the war situation in Afghanistan would ask questions like: is the company morally correct? Do they have goodwill? The theory could argue that the company’s primary aim was to increase their profit margins without putting into consideration other factors, and based on the charity of increasing profits to make more income for the owners as well as bring a thrill to gamers, it advocates for the happiness of both parties(Quinn 435).
Secondly, the games might be looked at as a way of creating perfect mastery of the art of war through practice to enable participants to be ready and perfect for battle at any time. Through the game, the gamers will develop a violent mindset that makes them damaging to others in real life and become idlers who practice violence passively. Gaming is addictive and takes a lot of time to engage in, so the gamers will be deemed to be perfecting violence in them with the saying goes, “practice makes perfect .”The utilitarian argument of the case focuses on the good and bad that the game will cause to society. This can be viewed in terms of its influence on the community and how it affects the populace’s behaviors, ways of thinking, and emotions that such a game might invoke in people.
Regarding the game in question, the utilitarian theory would argue for its morality in supporting the happy feelings and pleasure that come with it (Quinn 428). The gamers would feel thrilled, content, and fulfilled while playing the game, which is the kind of morality that the theory advocates for. In this case, both the gamers and the game’s creators will have an end game of happiness with profits made and pleasure consumed. The theory would automatically oppose not creating the game because it would create unhappiness for the company owners when they do not maximize profits and harm the business’s life and thrive.
Thirdly, creating a game about the misfortunes of others for financial gains is ethically not suitable as it portrays the business to be money-oriented rather than compassionate and thoughtful of other people. The game will gunner large numbers for the company, some because they genuinely want to play the game and do not have any thoughts about violence other than just a game, some because of curiosity for what the game shows, while others for analysis are critiquing. The numbers will bring money to the organization without considering the bigger picture of the whole matter, the thoughts, feelings, and emotions that it evokes, and its overall impact on the populace, especially the people in Afghanistan. The move to create the game and, most significantly, sell it to the afghan community would portray the business as insensitive to their predicaments. The virtue ethics in this scenario would look at the individuals character and virtue of the business owners before getting involved in actually creating such a video game. It would question if the business partners have a nature of violence, which would drive them to create a video game that portrays violence in a particular community. The morality of the scenario will be evaluated in the overall decision made by the business stakeholders based on their virtue and character without considering the main aim of the situation, which was to profit them. Aristotle of Greek argues in this principle that it is the pursuit to appreciate and live a life of a good character that makes us people of integrity and good morals primarily through practice (Slote 6). Practicing suitable living methods eventually yields acceptable morals and standards amongst each other and society.
Researchers, Scientists, and Theorists may not have much in common, but one thing that touches the souls of every person in society is the issues revolving around life and death. Every situation should be looked at because of the ethics and morals surrounding the case. Ethics for the Information Age formulates a consideration in an individual about the societal and proper short-term benefits and long-term effects of a portion of the technology. It provides a compact foundation in ethics and reasoning, an appreciation for technology’s history, and awareness of revolutionary information technologies. Computer scientists should evaluate and scrutinize technologies used in gaming today to ensure that they meet all the ethical standards required in the field of computing. While the computing age has brought about revolutions and inventions that interest people in all areas, the creation of computer games has had several effects on society, including the cause of depression and increased anxiety in players. This poses whether it is acceptable to create a game that revolves around violence and war. Every society thrives and grows on what they feed on, including what kind of information they consume. Therefore, the consumption of such violent games would raise violent people in society or individuals thrilled by war, which is dangerous to a community. According to Arman et al. (177), Video games are addictive and influential in the kind of information they pass to the audience. Therefore, creating a game that portrays violence is not ideal, even for children who might think that violence is routine. Also, technology has been found to develop autonomy in individuals involved, violating privacy and damaging the pockets. If individuals are solely exposed to gaming and the thrills that come with it without controls, society breeds many lazy people who add no value to their ecosystem.
On the other hand, the company has observed most professional ethical codes and standards of integrity, professionalism, and objectivity while neglecting social ethics. If the game is created and shared on the internet, it doesn’t have restrictions for people in Afghanistan, and therefore coming across such a game would show disrespect and non-compassion to the Afghans. According to the software engineering code of ethics and professional practice clause 1.3, the company will have to approve software only if they have a well-founded belief that it is safe, meets specifications, passes appropriate tests, and does not diminish the quality of life, diminish privacy or harm the environment (Sabah 16.9). The ultimate effect of the work should be for the public good. This would mean that they conduct public participation in the proposed game to get their thoughts and opinions on the matter before thoroughly engaging. Also, in clause 1.1, they will have to accept full responsibility for their work and the consequences that come with it, including the concerns and reactions of the consumers. In addition, they will have to ensure that their products and related modifications meet the highest professional standards possible, as in clause 3.14, where they are mandated to maintain the integrity of data, being sensitive to outdated or flawed occurrences. This is relevant because the kind of game they intend to create promotes violence witnessed many times in Afghanistan. Therefore it would pose a question of insensitivity to the afghan community of game lovers who want to get pleasure and happiness in the game but meet the exact opposite, which may be precisely what they are running away from by indulging in the gaming.
Gaming is considered in the same category as gambling, and even though it has been legalized in the US, there stand rules and regulations that govern its operations in the country. The gaming regulatory Authority in the country has the legal obligation to ensure that the gaming industry participants maintain strict compliance with general laws, principles, and compulsory minimum internal controls relating to gaming (Champion 203). Therefore, the company in this scenario will have to comply with the rules and regulations of the jurisdiction before engaging in the creation of the game. With the current technological advancements in gaming described by Sepasgozar (10.3), such as Artificial intelligence, 3D, and virtual reality, the game in question would significantly impact the consumers by fully engaging them and engulfing their minds in violence. The company is said to be dealing with video games already and therefore have the knowledge and skills to create exactly what the marketing team is describing. Their collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking will automatically result in the game’s production since they all have a common interest in maximizing their proceeds.
A personal view of the scenario
In my opinion, there is no good way to describe a wrong that can ever make it a right, and therefore, it should be known explicitly that no matter how twisted a theory argues for and also against something, there can only be one stand; to be wrong or to be correct. In this regard, I’m afraid I have to disagree with the arguments of Jeremy Bentham in his helpful theory because it ultimately advocates for individuals to choose an action that maximizes their pleasure and contentment. This is automatically disregarding morality, and I consider this evil and unacceptable. In the case presented above, a helpful stakeholder in the company will automatically go for producing and selling the game for profit maximization without considering other factors. It is regarded as the best decision for them.
Conclusion and recommendation
In conclusion, it is recommended that the company may decide to create and sell the game to other consumers but restrict Afghan citizens from consuming the game, and that would be considered as being sensitive to them even though the other consumers may develop unwanted behaviors from the consumption of such gaming contents. It would also portray the stakeholders as opportunists who do not care about the moral standards but money. If they choose to create and sell the game, there should be age restrictions on access to the game to curb underage consumption of such content.

Report recommending on merging the hospitals help me with my history homework: help me with my history homework

KLICKITAT COUNTY HEALTH CARE CONSOLIDATION COALITION REPORT

This report recommends merging the hospitals and forming a new corporation and name structure, thus rebranding. This will lead to re-deploy services so that financial solvency may be retained. Some consolidation and reduction in services would take place. Mergers could be considered with a larger regional trauma center, thus improving the quality of health care and improving hospital revenue.
Since the two hospitals are the only acute care hospitals in the community, mergers would not necessarily lead to greater market consolidation. However, rural hospital mergers may increase market power through collective negotiation with payers. Mergers also could lead to reductions in service lines. A potential benefit of mergers for small and isolated rural hospitals is that it may enable access to needed financial resources such as capital, and clinical expertise, which may include specialized services, and new technologies. Mergers may also offer opportunities for rural hospitals to join alternative payment models, such as accountable care organizations. Thus, rural hospitals may be able to provide a higher quality of care after mergers.
Net operating value
When we merge the two hospitals, there will be a reduction in the Total Operating Revenue and Operating Expenses, and the Employees per hospital will also reduce, leading to the reduction of the net operating value. Merging will reduce the operating Expenses and Revenue and positively improve the government taxpayer subsidy.
In the table below, we have analyzed the data and come up with a Net Operating Value of the two merged hospitals.
Skyline Hospital Klickitat Hospital Merged hospital
Licensed Beds 25 25 50
Tax payer subsidy $549,602 $1,640,000 $2,189,602
Operating revenue $18,182,668 $23,173,109 $20,677,888.5
Operating Expenses $19,595,591 $23,696,463 $21,646,027
Supply chain
Supply chain savings were typically noted as particularly substantial. While most hospitals participate in one or more group purchasing organizations that provide access to discounted rates for some supplies and equipment, often such arrangements do not produce the same extent of savings as those that can be achieved through direct negotiation with suppliers, frequently located overseas, for substantial volumes. Moreover, the smaller hospitals that are frequently the targets of acquisition do not have access to the same level of group purchasing organization (GPO)-provided discounts when operating independently, with relatively small purchase volumes. In addition to the greater price discounts that can be achieved through larger purchases, central warehousing and distribution of supplies for hospitals in a common system (particularly those within reasonably proximate geography) can also reduce costs substantially.
Standardization of purchases also results in substantial savings due to the greater concentration of volume and also to the associated reduction in inventory management expenses stemming from the reduced number of individual items that must be stocked. Several systems, for example, noted their ability to substantially reduce the number of distinct types of implants that they purchase for joint replacement procedures. Such reductions produce savings by allowing greater volume discounts through negotiation with medical device manufacturers, more efficient inventory management, and lower expenditures on the staff training necessary to accommodate multiple devices.
Similar savings were noted with respect to medical equipment related to imaging or operating room monitoring, savings for which also include the ability to stock fewer parts and reduce the number of maintenance contracts. In the research, one Hospital leader noted that his system operates about 70 imaging centers; outfitting all of them with standardized equipment reduces the costs associated with parts, maintenance, and staff training as well as enables the achievement of lower prices on the equipment purchases. Finally, several systems noted savings achieved by combining purchases and storage of blood. Since blood spoils, but demand for blood, particularly by smaller hospitals, is somewhat uncertain, reducing daily variation in blood utilization by pooling inventory can lead to substantial additional savings. All the research stressed that such standardization of clinical purchasing requires the buy-in of the hospital systems medical staff.
General back office services can be consolidated through mergers. Such services include management, finance revenue cycle management, human resources, and physical plant maintenance. In addition, malpractice insurance costs can also be lowered through the pooling of risk into an internal, self-insured captive entity.
Typical estimates of the scale-related savings to acquired hospitals ranged from approximately 5 to 10 percent of the total operating costs or about 50 percent of overhead costs of the acquired hospital. When comparable systems are combined, the percentage savings may be somewhat smaller relative to a combined revenue base but significant in dollar terms. For example, the leader of a system that had formed approximately three years ago, with approximately $5 billion combined. Annual net patient revenues indicated that in the third year following the combination, the new system achieved about $160 million, or 3.2 percent of combined net patient revenues, in annual synergies. Another “merger of equals” resulted in about 5 percent annual savings. Interviewees also noted the benefits of size in attracting top management talent. Since hospital leadership is largely scalable, larger systems can pay to recruit top talent to serve as their administrative and clinical leaders. Such leadership can be instrumental in improving hospital financial and quality performance.

Introduction
Various challenges face the operation of a firm. Identification of these strategies through analyzing the firm performance is essential when proposing a plan to improve the performance of an organization. The emergence of many competitors is one of the primary factors that may hinder the performance of an organization. This report will identify various challenges such as competition and other weaknesses that impede the performance of the coca-cola company. Coca-Cola Company is one of the leading firm beverage industries whereby its main products are soft drinks such as coke, sprite, and Fanta. The company is an international company operating in different countries worldwide (Chua et al.,.pp.43-54). An increase in competition and issues related to corporate social responsibilities are some of the significant challenges facing the company. The company faces stiff competition from Pepsi co, Redbull Tetra and Soylent. An increase in competition has hindered the company’s performance over the years. Further, the company faces significant challenges in enhancing corporate social responsibilities during its operation, such as controlling plastic pollution and conserving the water catchment areas.
The inability to comply with corporate social responsibility has given the consumers a negative brand image, which leads to a decline in consumption of coca-cola products. A study shows a reduction in the sale of its products in the year 2020 compared to 2019(Serdio, McKee and Stuckler,2018. pp.1594-1607). Various factors can explain the decline in sales of the company products. This report will help this company develop a competitive strategy and a strategy that will help improve its corporate social responsibility to reduce plastic pollution and conserve water in the world. This consultant offers strategic consulting services that allow businesses to develop a strategy by carrying out a strategic analysis of the firm and its competitors. The consultancy is also responsible for advising the clients on measures to uphold corporate social responsibility and reduce malpractices like pollution.
Analysis of the current situation for Coca-Cola
Coca-cola company manufactures and sells beverage products like soft drinks, water, sports drinks, juice, tea, and coffee. However, the company is widely known for its soft drinks sodas such as coke, sprite, and Fanta(Steele et al.,.2019. pp.273-285). The business is well established, with a series of distribution channels across the globe.
The company’s operation globally attracts many competitors in the industry, both locally and internationally. Some of the company’s major competitors include PepsiCo, one of the largest competitors globally. The company offers similar products and operates internationally in over 200 countries; the company’s main products are non-alcoholic, adequate substitutes for Coca-Cola. The company headquarters are located in New York, USA. Some of the essential products from the company include Tropicana, Bully, Pepsi, and Mountain Dew(Zhavoronkova, Miziuk, and Zhavoronkov, 2020. pp.9-13). Apart from manufacturing beverages, the company also deals with essential food staff such as Fritos and Doritos Cheetos. The primary field of competition between PepsiCo and Coca-Cola is to control the beverage market. However, the diversification of Pepsi into the food industry enables it to deliver more revenue from both the sale of foodstuff and beverages. The diversification of the company makes it more competitive than Coca-Cola company.
Nestle company is also another major competitor of Coca-Cola. Nestle company is an American company that operates internationally. The company’s primary products include Vittel, Poland Spring Pure life, and Aqua Panna in water bottles. The company also deals with coffee and tea as its direct products. The significant difference between coca coal is that the company doesnt deal with soft drinks (Stuckler, Ruskin and McKee, 2018. pp.49-56). The rivalry between the two companies exists in the field of beverage products. However, both companies had a joint venture which dealt with beverage products. In 2019, the joint venture was dissolved, and both companies started operating independently. Nestle Pure life product was ranked third over coca-cola Dasani water, ranked sixth as the most popular bottled water ranking. This shows that Nestle Pure Life is more competitive than Coca-Cola Dasani water.
Red bulls are also another major competitor of Coca-Cola. Redbull is an Australian company dealing with Redbull energy drink, Red Bull Zero, and Red Bull Sugar-free products; the company has posed competition to Coca-Cola in selling energy drinks. The company has a large market in countries like the USA. The company slogan Red Bull gives you energy” has facilitated an increase in the sale of its energy drinks across the globe (Baah, and Bohaker, 2015. p.17). Coca-Cola has introduced the Coca-Cola Energy drink in the USA as a strategy to share the available market in the country.
From the above competitors analysis, it is clear that Coca-Cola faces stiff competition from its competitors in the industry. Diversification of competitors is one of the most strategic factors contributing to stiff competition in the industry. Therefore, Coca-Cola company needs to position itself in the industry to gain a competitive advantage over the growing competition in the market.
Swot Analysis
The application of SWOT analysis is essential in identifying the firm challenges and opportunities in the industry. The analysis will allow the consultant to identify the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (Sulistiani, Wardani, and Sulistyawati,2019, pp. 102-106). This will facilitate the identification of a defect in the firm strategy and recommendation of the appropriate measures to take advantage of the necessary recommendations to improve the firm’s competitive strategy. Further, the analysis allows the company to identify its strengths and opportunities, enabling the firm to identify strategies to take advantage of available opportunities to gain a competitive advantage over the competitors and increase its market share globally.

Strengths
Strong brand identity -Coca-Cola has a well-established and unique brand identity compared to its competitors. Its soft drinks products are trendy across the world.
High brand valuation- coca-cola brand has one of the highest brand values in the beverage industry (Salar and Salar, 2014. pp.515-519). Coca-cola was the sixth-best global brand in 22021, with a brand value of $57billion.
Extended global reach is also another major strength of the company. The firm operates in more than 200 countries across the world. Further, the company serves about a 1.9bilion products per day. This increases the market share for the company as compared to other firms.
Dominant market share coca-cola and Pepsi have the most significant market share in the world, whereby the company has various varieties of products to cater to multiple tastes of the consumers (tofov and Kopkov, 2020. pp.40-46). Further, the company has a well-established system of distribution that enables it to reach customers conveniently around the world.
Weaknesses-
High competition from Pepsi is one of the weaknesses of the company. The firm faces aggressive rivalry from Pepsi, whereby it sells close substitutes to the company. The firm also has a competitive market share because it operates internationally.
Product diversification is another weakness that the company faces. Low product diversification is one of the significant weaknesses compared to its competitors like Pepsi (Nair et al.,.2021. pp.73-92). High diversification of Pepsi by introducing a variety of products enables it to be more competitive than coca-cola. Health concerns regarding the consumption of coca-cola products are also another major weakness. The firm’s product has huge sugar contents, resulting in health complications such as diabetes and obesity (Guo and Wen, 2021, pp. 2879-2885). The increase in health concerns among people across the globe has reduced the consumption of Coca-Cola products. Further, the health experts have prohibited the consumption of soft drinks, which is the company’s primary product.
The company has also faced various issues concerning environmental conservation. According to the Tearfund report 2020. the company was ranked as the fourth most significant contributor to global warming and emitting carbon into the atmosphere through its activities (Nsomba, 2021. p.0003603X211045436). This creates a negative image concerning the firm to the consumers. There are also some significant complaints about its water management system as the company uses a huge volume of water during its activities.
Opportunities
Introduce new products and diversify its segments- the company has an opportunity to offer new products into the market to facilitate the provision of healthy food products, just like Pepsi. This will contribute to an increase in their revenue.
Increase presence in developing nations- the company should look forward to opening more branches in developing nations to take advantage of the available demand (Susilo, 2021. pp.118-126). The company should also look forward to increasing the packaged water to offer an opportunity for its consumers to enjoy healthy products and avoid the criticism on the carbonated and sugar soft drink products.
Threats
The company faces various threats such as water wastage controversy where there have been complaints that there is huge water consumption in water-scarce areas causing further water scarcity in the area(Byun, 2010. pp.125-143). Further, the company has also faced threats of various law suits as a result of increased plastic pollution. increased health consciousness as more people across the are against taking carbonated drinks or sugary products.
Recommendations
To increase the company’s competitive advantage, it needs to diversify its products. The firm needs to create more products within the food sector which are safe for human consumption. This strategy will help the firm to overcome the health challenge concerning the sale of soft drinks (Brondoni, 2019. pp.16-27). The company should also develop a corporate social strategy and start a campaign against environmental pollution. the company should control plastic pollution by creating a Centre to recycle plastic waste materials. This will help correct the brand image of the company. this will help cope with the threat of the lawsuits that faces the company as a result of environmental pollution. similarly, the firm should establish a strategy to conserve water and help to reduce water shortage in the world. In this case, the firm start strategies such as reusing water and conserving water catchment area.
The firm should take advantage of the well-established channel of distribution to introduce new products into the market. The company should take advantage of its operation in the world by introducing products such as food products and other beverages. This will help the firm to carry out its diversification strategies by the use of distribution channels to convey the products to the consumers. This will facilitate the success of the diversification strategy. However, stiff competition from well established firms like Pepsi is also a potential risk to the implementation of the strategy.
Setting up plastic recycling Centre to recycle the plastic bottles used. This strategy will help to protect the environment and reduce plastic pollution. this will help reduce the lawsuits against pollutions. Further, the company should start environmental protection campaigns by initiating projects to conserve water catchment areas. this will help resolve the water management crisis. The application of various resources to finance the project will enhance its success.
The availability of resources is one of the success indicators for the competitive strategy of the firm. Reflection on your work as a professional consultant
Ensuring clear communication with the client is one of the effective ways to ensure the quality of services rendered. The application of appropriate official language that the client understands to communicate variolous strategies that the organization should take is one way of ensuring the success of proposed strategies (Tanwar, 2013 pp.11-17). In this case, the application of simple language to illustrate the strategies facilitates their success. Motivation the clients towards better results is also another important approach that I would use when consulting, in this case, I would motivate the management and workers toward implementing the strategies to ensure that they are successful. Lastly, monitoring the implementation process of the strategies is important to identify issues that may hinder the success of the competitive strategy. I have learnt the communication is vital while consulting. Both the client and the consultant should openly communicate to one other to facilitate better outcomes. Similarly, one of the main challenges is the emergence of new competition in the business which needs the consultant to strategize.
